Dear Kathy,

I was recently invited to a friends home for dinner, afterwhich, I was offered and served cake (from a birthday 5 days prior). I was happily surprised it was still so fresh and incredibly delicious. What was left of the beautiful little white chocolate cake was seriously one of the most moist and flavorful cakes I have ever had! With fresh blackberries it was absolutely decadent!. I can't wait to try your other baked goods, especially after viewing the tempting menu images.
