When I bought Kathy's Margarita Cake, she mentioned that it has become a fan favorite. Let me tell you that this cake stole the show at my family Christmas dinner. Absolutely one of the best cakes I have ever enjoyed. I prefer pies, but this cake has perhaps displaced my former pie preference.
