I recently hosted a birthday party for a dear friend who asked for carrot cake. I baked one and it was not pretty! On the morning of the party I contacted Kathy and she had one available. It was delicious and beautiful! I really appreciate her taking the time on a Saturday to help me out, especially sine it was so good.
