This is one of our favorite cakes for the summer! We just had it for my wife's birthday, as she loves it. The lemon is zesty, and the blueberries provide a wonderful counterpoint to the lemon and the sweetness of the frosting. A wonderful combination. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
As always everything was the hit of wonderful meal per all the guests comments . Everyone asked to take some home .

This is the most delicious satisfaction for a sweet tooth without being overwhelmed by "sweet". Tangy, moist, w/cream cheese frosting to accent-- blissful! Even my hubby, who's not a cake fan, loves this cake.
What a home run AGAIN. This beautiful cake not only presents itself well but the flavors are a perfect blend of luscious lemon and plump blueberries bursting with sweetness.
