Lemon Blueberry Layer Cake

What a home run AGAIN. This beautiful cake not only presents itself well but the flavors are a perfect blend of luscious lemon and plump blueberries bursting with sweetness.

Took this to a potluck and it was the hit of the dinner.

OH MY WORD…what a delicious cake. It was moist and the right balance of lemon with blueberries. My hubby enjoyed his Birthday cake! Thank you Kathy’s Kitchen!

I would say that this cake is the moistest, but I’m uncertain about that term. The icing was sweet, without being overpowering, and the flavor was fantastic. The blueberries popped with flavor. Kathy is an excellent baker without parallel in my recent memory. My wife’s description was “scrumptious”, a term which she reserves for only the best. Thank you!
